Description

This peacock feather hair piece is made with peacock eye feathers.
All feathers are hand cut to different shapes, then glued to a piece of felt. The hair piece has a beautiful rhinestone in the center.
Measures 4″ x 3″
This piece can be attached to hair comb, safety pin for a sash/hat or a hair clip.
